Recovery from abuse. My thoughts, experience and research. I left everything behind to escape a lifetime of abuse. I lost my home, career, family of origin, spiritual group, friends, just everything really. I share my experience, insights and research as a long term survivor of no contact, narcissistic abuse both as a child and an adult. I hope that my insights resonate with other survivors of hidden and damaging abuse. I have authored several self-help books for survivors.
